A year ago Zac Guildford, Jacob Leo Skilling and I set out to change up the construction recruitment industry and what a ride it has been! Three friends with our own take on how recruitment should be done in an industry that is dominated by a few key players. We had our work cut out for us from the get-go. Fast forward to a year later and we have established ourselves as a serious player in the construction recruitment & labour hire industry in Christchurch & Wellington – not only that but making a real difference in the lives of our workers and our community.
Our team has grown immensely and continues to expand through the growing number of opportunities we have available, for which we have our clients to thank. Our thanks also go out to our team as without them none of this would have been possible. The photos say it all! đ
In celebrating a few of our successes in the past year we have had two of our team start building apprenticeships, provide stability and security for those that have been unemployed/bounced between jobs, have had some of our team secure permanent full-time opportunities within the workplace in which they were placed and have helped those with what may be called âcolourful pastsâ find their footing. There are no limits, only those which you place upon yourself.
We are excited for what the year ahead brings as we arenât even close to where we want to be while there are NZerâs out there who need our help. Hereâs to making positive change together! đ
